Create agent module for agent from GenAgents paper #79

The goal of this issue is to work towards agents that take part in interviews.

You can start on a new agent module by cloning the module_template.
Copy the agent class from the GenAgents code here to the run.py file
Follow the instructions in the module_template readme for testing locally without Node and then testing locally with Node.
