Publish an Eliza agent as a docker image on the Naptha Hub

Eliza is an agent framework that underlies ai16z

@jaswinder6991 has successfully run typescript code in a docker container on a Naptha Node using naptha run docker_hello_world -p "docker_image=jassification/hello-typescript:latest-linux"
