Ranks for top 3 users and maybe top all time / top active time / top idle time / top connections

New Feature
Ranks for top 3 or top 5 users by the online time / total online time / idle time /. I think it would only work for Total online time not including weekly or monthly. Main idea is to add ranks for top users from total online time.

1) What should this feature do?
Allow to choose rank which will be assigned for first 3 people in global ranking
Example:
Rank for top user: Nolife(1060)
Rank for second user: I have no friends(1249)
Rank for third user: Im cool (1234)

2) Where should it be located?
Bellow "Rank Definition" in "rank section"

3) What would be the benefit?
Users would know biggest nolifes on the server and people who care about raking would know if they have ranked up to higher place and make them to compete which is equal with spending more time on the server with friends and more often visiting ranking page. It would also make these people "appreciated or noticed" (of course it would be also be be done manually which i am doing but you might like it)
