Redesign the About us page

Problem Description:
Currently the about us page does not reflect what the project is for and why was it made, neither it mentions the names of all contributors nor it mentions that this is an acwoc project or a github open source project

• Add Contributor cards, remove the old team and replace with cards for acwoc contributors
• prepare the ui for a later backend implementation so that everything is live updated
• replace achivements with the achievement of this project in acwoc
• update the the description and text
• create a tech stack section - mentioning all software used in the project
• github link
• acwoc link
