Compose transaction: Button for generating shareable link

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Users can manually create a shareable link that prefills the Compose Transaction form. However, most users are not technical enough to manually add query parameters to a URL.

Describe the solution you'd like

A button on the Compose Transaction page that generates a shareable link using the values currently filled out. This button may be at the bottom or top of the page. It may be good for the link generator to be on the Sign Transaction page also. If certain filled out fields cannot be "exported" into a shareable link, then the user should be warned.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• A separate "Link Generator" page that generates a link. This page would be redundant and there's no reason why this link generator functionality cannot be on the Compose Transaction page itself
