Cannot start new games with osiris script mods while using SE

Description

Since the last few updates, mods with osiris scripting and SE have been incompatible, I can only start a new game/load a save if I either remove SE or osiris script mods

Indications

Unable to start new game/load save. Deleting SE or Osiris scripting mods resolves issue.

I hate to be the one to just comment but I've been having the same problem. All my mods with the specific osiris scripting tag makes it so I can't even start or load an old save file. Plus these two random mods that use mod fixer (despite me having it installed)

I've also done a clean install and still nothing changed.
