• Update from @hudlow and @mkistler on query strings
• @handrews has some thoughts building on @darrelmiller 's idea (as shared last week by @mkistler) of two schemas for parameters: one for each parameter, and a separate one for relationships among them

@handrews points out that it might make more sense for @hudlow and @mkistler to work solving the parameter deserialization ambiguity in 3.x (likely 3.3 or 3.4) and use whatever we build there as the foundation for more advanced features in Moonwalk.
