Consider establishing levels of completeness

The amount required to get to a complete spec has encumbered my own authoring attempts (ugh, boilerplate!). Consider:

1. Info block - to stub out space for the API in the first place
2. Requests - describes only how you form requests (with an optional example response string if you like)
3. Responses - formal description of the structure of a response
4. All of the above, but with descriptions or summaries for elements
