consider getting chebi owl directly from source

open Q: resolving to ftp ok? I believe this has come problems. Do we require groups use a non-dftp resolver?

OK looks like this was resolved with: f03d247

Of course now we are going direct we are using ftp which is not ideal, but this is covered in #361
