[Bug] Bone densitometry is being rendered in grayscale, expected colored imagem

Describe the Bug

Bone densitometry is being rendered in black and white, whereas in OHIF version 2.8 (and other viewers like Weasis), it is displayed in color. Additionally, it seems that the size is being reduced (lowered overall quality, especially when zoom is applied).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Get this dicom files: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1L2gGz-WXmaJ80fGepyNFjjUlM_7PhT_Z/view?usp=sharing
2. Unzip file and upload folders to https://viewer.ohif.org/local
3. Check "OT Relatorios DXA", 2 images, both are grayscale

The current behavior

Images are renderind in Grayscale and appears to be resized (lowered overall quality):

The expected behavior

Expected images in color and better resolution when applied zoom.
