Describe the Bug

Difference in measurement according to the example ( https://viewer.ohif.org/viewer?StudyInstanceUIDs=1.3.6.1.4.1.14519.5.2.1.7085.2626.494695569589117268722281491772 )

Measuring distance with a length tool

The current behavior

The measurement length is not the same.

The expected behavior

The length of the measurement must be the same.

Sorry, I don't have it. But I test every data on the demo and none of the measurements are the same.
