Describe the Bug

In the segmentation statistic the SUVpeak is always 0

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to https://viewer-dev.ohif.org/tmtv?StudyInstanceUIDs=1.2.840.113619.2.290.3.3767434740.838.1526468636.966
  2. Draw a ROI with pencil
  3. See Segment 1 lesion statitics => SUVpeak is 0

I'm having another issue - I'm unable to draw in the CT viewport, and it seems the SEG isn't being created on the CT.
