collector_app_id and receiver_app_id cannot be same
self.amount.value and collector.amount.value cannot be negative
city code should be "*"

report

message.ref_message_id should be same as of message_id of settle call

settle and on_settle

message_id mismatch in settle and on_settle

recon

settlements.tcs , tds and withholding_amount are missing
settlements.created_at is additional field
settlements.id mismatch from settle and on_settle

on_recon

tcs.currency and value are missing as well as for withholding amount as well
