Devotion points not reset to correct amount after respec

If the command >respec devotions is executed within the editor it doesn't reset to the correct maximum amount (55). It seems to add a small increment. Examples are attached

A respec should clear all devotions and reset to a maximum of 55 points (the maximum valid amount possible in game)
