Hello,

I found #255 have been existed for nearly three years. I think people can't see if I comment on that issue, so open a new one.

I just want to know:

Is this feature still on the list ?
Is there still a limitation on WebExtensions API ?
If 2 is true, can you upsteam this problem to edge team, so that they can driver this feature make it merge iunto chronium ?
