Using umu via the nix flake in Heroic and Lutris results in a default, non-Breeze cursor. I'm not sure what needs to change, but the fhsEnv for Heroic and Lutris allows for additional packages (example), so a nice workaround I use is adding the Breeze package to the FHS. Maybe the umu-run FHS should add this option as well?
I also ran umu standalone (same problem) and through distrobox in an Arch container (no problem), so that's why I'm thinking it has to do with the fhsEnv.
My system config is here is you're curious how I set things up. I haven't seen anyone talking about this anywhere else, so it might just be a me problem.
This particular issue is resolved at this point, but I think I'll leave this open as I see the value in allowing additional packages/libraries in the fhsEnv.
