What Does This PR Do
Ensures that you don't lose the medical HUD from the Rod of Asclepius if you equip and then unequip any medical HUD.
Fixes #27991
Why It's Good For The Game
Bugs are bad.
Testing
Used the Rod of Asclepius, equipped the medical HUD, then unequipped the medical HUD. The HUD remained.
