Docs now available under docs.part-db.de

After some experiments with the wiki here, I have moved all documentation to the docs/ folder of Part-DB. The advantage is that code and documentation are versioned together, so it is easy to lookup documentation for an older version. Also, you always have an offline version of the documentation.

The documentation is automatically build into a pretty page using Jekyll and pushed to Github Pages, where it is available under docs.part-db.de.

If you want to help improve the documentation, make a pull request for the documentation file (you can find a link on the bottom of each documentation page, which brings you to the page).
