This includes:
Change _general_filter to for loop over self.wanted_columns. This affects src/backend_data_retrieval/data_retrieval_app/tests/scripts/create_public_stashes_test_data/main.py too, see TODO comment.
Get uniques and basetypes per transformer from deposited data instead of another level of manual input.
