I'm running the latest version of Path of Building and I've verified this by checking the changelog

I've checked for duplicate open and closed issues by using the search function of the issue tracker

What is the behaviour in-game?
Dark Effigy is a totem that deals chaos damage to a target via the Vile Effusion skill.
This totem attacks more frequently based on the number of chaos damage over time effects applied to the enemy.
The totem should attack more frequently (and thus gain DPS) based on how many of the following effects are currently active on the enemy:
Contagion
Essence Drain
A curse with the "Decaying Hex" support
Poison (regardless of number of stacks, this would only count as 1 effect)
What is the behaviour in Path of Building?
In Path of Building, Effigy seems to correctly gain some stats from the player but displays the following discrepancies:
Vile Effusion does not gain any calculated DPS when the target is affected by Contagion.
Vile Effusion does not gain any calculated DPS when the target is affected by Essence Drain.
Vile Effusion does not gain any calculated DPS when the target is affected by a curse supported with Decaying Hex.
Vile Effusion does not gain any calculated DPS when the target is poisoned.
How to reproduce the issue
STR:
Load the provided Character build code via the Import Build function.
Ensure that the character has a wand with +250 Int/+250 Dex equipped, and all skills are currently enabled.
Note the current DPS of Vile Effusion is calculated as 54.4 in the Full DPS
Enable the "Envenom" support on the "Essence Drain" skill, noting no change in Vile Effusion DPS despite poison
Disable the "Essence Drain" skill, noting no change in Vile Effusion DPS despite a dot being applied
Disable the "Contagion" skill, noting no change in Vile Effusion DPS despite a dot being applied
Enable the "Decaying Hex" support on the "Temporal Chains" skill, noting no change in Vile Effusion DPS despite a dot being applied
Expected Behavior: Vile Effusion DPS should change in between each step from 3 to 7, to provide an accurate evaluation of the totem's performance
Actual Behavior: Vile Effusion DPS is independent of the applied valid DoT effects
