Check for duplicates

These should be easy to implement as they are just stat values or mods that already existed in PoB 1.

@QuickStick123 Can I try to implement? I've been looking at the codebase to familiarize, and I've already been doing some things on the fork, and I think I can possibly continue with the implementation.
