DeepSeek AI can help coding with Calcpad

I asked DeepSeek AI if it could write Calcpad code.
In short, this was the answer it proveded me:

L = 5 m          # Length
W = 10 kN/m      # Uniform load
E = 210 GPa      # Modulus of elasticity
I = 0.0001 m^4   # Moment of inertia

Obviously it has some mistakes, then I pointed them as follow:

"#"comments down work, instead use simple quote to write as text
"→" don't work as a conversion operator, instead use "|"

Then, it corrected the code:

In my opinion, it could be an outstanding tool to help engineers developing code with Calcpad
I didn't test this approach with other AI tools, but this DeepSeek AI did impress me a lot.

Hi! Thanks for sharing. Good to know that. ChatGPT showed similar deviations probably influenced by Matlab. After short explanations, it also generated almost fully working code. It seems that DS manages even better. I will give it a try.

In all cases, coding approach in Matlab and Calcpad seems more suitable for the AI era than graphical editing in Mathcad and Smath.
