The npc become bugged

Hello guys!

I found this bug.

When I decided I want to kill an npc and sometimes when I am killling an npc the npc become to an evade aura or IDK and the npc always following but he never attack me and I am combat with him
And I cant hit him with any damage only with an evade :(

Okay but every npc can do this bug whn i am in combat with them they sometimes can become to evaded and i will still in combt and the npc evade every hit from me. And the npc dont want to following me

look at ur image above images thread... there all under the stairs or half way through them... that is the LoS issue that is causing them to evade when you attack them... their registering as under that platform your standing on,
so they cant hit you , and you cant them, and cuz area is unfinished, creatures aren't resetting...
temp solution - run back down on to a level surface, and when all the npc's are out of, and off of the stairs then try again... they should then follow you up that leveling plain (in this case stairs) easily.

Mmaps... this mapId is not in yet
only basic world contents, height, and liquids are calculated/handled
since this terrain swaps so damn much did add it in yet.

the problem is that this Evade thing is getting bad now specially after this update 48325bb
