protect specific endpoints from normal users.
4 ACL types:
Parent
Volunteer
Front Desk
Admin

Admin will have full R/W rights
Front Desk will have full R and restrictred W rights
Parent and Volunteer will have restricted RW rights

we will have to come back to this at a later time. Spending too much time trying to figure out resource ownership.
