Please support exporting network logs via proxyman-cli with specific path or/and params

Description

Please allow for specifying path or list of key-value params, so that we can download network logs from a specific url that contains the path and each of the key-pair params.

Why this feature/change is important?

For each of the tests running in parallel, we can download specific set of network logs for each test, rather than the entire network logs for each test.
