Collect info that can be used to support reproducibility & data provenance.

Including:

  • Pipeline Run Start Timestamp
  • SGE Job IDs
  • Pipeline Version (With Link to GitHub Release or Tag)
  • Paths & Hashes for Reference Databases
  • Versions for tools (mash, shovill, abricate, etc.)

SGE Job IDs will be captured using the drmaa library described in #29.
