I'm really sorry about this noob-question...
But I haven't been able to find the /config/addons/ folder, where neolink.toml should be created.

I tried using File Editor and SSH web client.
I don't see any addons folder under /config.

Should I be able to find it using File Editor?
If not, how do I create this file?

You have to create addons folder under config folder and create the file neolink.toml in that folder. I use the Samba addon but it is possible to use File Editor also. I have not been able to make neolink 0.6.2 or latest run under HAOS because it stops working after some hours with 100% cpu and sometimes memory exhausted. I run older neolink 0.5.18 in Proxmox instead and it is working much better.

Thanks, @HBK1,
It was as simple as that.
It seems to be running ok for my regarding CPU.
But I'll have to leave it for later, as right now, when I add it to Synology Surveillance Station as a generic RTSP stream, it just keeps recording non stop.
And I haven't found a way to add the Neolink to Home Assistant as a surveillance camera.
I'll look at it again later, but for now thank for getting me started :)
