Can't download certain previously processed albums

There are a number of albums I recently tried to download, but because they contain characters like accents and the letter 'Ñ', the paths couldn't be created and the downloads failed. I've applied a series of changes to try to fix the problem, but when the script runs, it ignores these albums and doesn't attempt to download them again. I tried deleting all the artist's albums to see if it would force the download again, but now it just ignores all the albums it previously downloaded from this artist.

I deleted all the content from the /config/extended/logs/notfound/ folder, but when I rerun the script, it still ignores them and doesn't process the pending albums. If I add a new album that hasn't been downloaded before, it works, as shown in the log.
