API docs link may be stale

When I click the API Docs link in the README.md (pointing to the url doc.stablex.ru/datetime/index.html), it's taking forever to load in Firefox, and eventually giving this timeout:

Do the docs need to be migrated somewhere else?

I don't. But you should be able to generate docs using commands from https://github.com/RealyUniqueName/DateTime/blob/master/dox.sh

I easily built it using

haxe -xml build/doc.xml -cp src -cp test -main Test -L hx3compat
haxelib run dox -i build -o build/dox -ex "cores|cores|TZAbr|data|Decoder|IntervalUtils|MonthUtils|SnapUtils|MacroUtils|neDetect|zoneUtils|TimeUtils|TimeUtils/i"

Altough it is just a static html website that works liocally from the computer, I pushed the result to github, viewable here https://rawcdn.githack.com/neimanpinchas/DateTime/897dd8870fbdc5028a5b89f7492af6474ee0750c/build/dox/datetime/DateTime.html

I do not plan to update it regurly.
