Hello, I'd like to notify you about a couple possible matches with a website called textures.com. Several game/movie studios are listed as trusted users, from nintendo to pixar.

I think this might be the source for the HDRI used in the Super Mario Odyssey renders. Nugget has tested it and has managed to get pretty accurate results.

This cork texture on textures.com also bears resemblance to the cork walls in the Seaside Kingdom.
