To create a TTS agent alike the ASR aent:

Functional requirements:

Receiving messages through ROS
- Ros connector - feat: add ros2 hri connector #410
- Handling of cancelling speech tasks
- Handling of pausing speech tasks
- Handling of continuing speech tasks
Playing transcribed speech through sound device
- Refactor transcription models for them to remain supported
- Sound device connector - feat: general audio connector #393
