Currently the tiny donate button leads directly to PayPal.

With switching to Open Collective / GitHub Sponsors it might make sense to have a dedicated landing page, that explains a bit how we want to use the money and where to find a transparent listing.

The page should provide two links/buttons, one pointing to GitHub Sponsors and one to Open Collective.
