Blackout dates for hosts #135

From the feedback spreadsheet:
"There seems to be no ability to black out dates when the room is not available or when it is already booked."

This would add complexity to the app. Something to think about for a future release (if the primaries go the way we would like)

Note: this is not the most urgent feature, but @fpcyan has done some preliminary work on this.

I'm 80% done w/ the back-end part of this! I got distracted by finding ways
to break ActiveRecord and rspec.
