Unlist 0.9.1.5 from ReSharper plugin gallery

Hi. The 0.9.1.5 version has a dependency of Wave >= 2.0, which means it's available to install in ReSharper 2016.1 (Wave 5.0!). This will cause lots of errors if it gets installed into 2016.1 by mistake. Can the 0.9.1.5 version be unlisted, please? This will remove it from 2016.1

This does mean that it won't be available for users of ReSharper 9.1, but it would be possible to simply repackage the nupkg to have a dependency on Wave == 2.0, and reupload the same dlls as 0.9.1.6, and it will be available for 9.1 again.
