Just to note you don't need plugins to access the tokens - Chrome/Edge can do this from debug mode (F12)
Open Debug Window (F12) - select "Application" and Storage > Local Storage

Local tokens are then as shown - you can "triple click" to select the value (double click will stop on hyphens etc) BUT triple click will include quote marks (not needed by Home Assistant)

Might help for those who don't want to download plugins :)
