Missing decimal/quarter base ring size options for the "ring size" attributes.

Description

When attempting to create quarter sizes, there is no corresponding base ring size available. i.e. you can’t add 5.25 or 5.75, only 5 or 5.5 are options.

While you can label the option as whatever you would like, the base size isn't present meaning the label would be mismatched with an alternative base size and would lead to duplicate labels for the same base size - e.g. if 5 corresponds to the labels 5 and 5.25 and the base size 5.5 has labels 5.5 and 5.75.

Quarter sizes are quite important for jewellery as for things like eternity bands - they cannot be resized later so customers need to be able to select their specific size and it would be best if there was no chance for overlap between base size attributes to avoid potential issues down the line with filtering.
