Describe the Issue in Detail

On the block if I set "Show Only Personal SMS Number' when a person who doesn't have a number assigned to them goes to the page, an error message appears saying the person doesn't have an sms number.

Can reproduce in

• Orange App
• Blue App

Steps to Reproduce

Expected Behavior

The block should allow the person to still send an email, but not have the Text option.

Actual Behavior

An error message shows up.
