Enum/Option parameters in ExternalBusinessEvent publishers

If you have an enum as parameter of an ExternalBusinessEvent event publisher, then the value becomes the enum's caption text in the session's current language.

This can be a potential problem for flows that trigger based on the value, as the values will be different for external business event publishers triggered from a user working with language A and another user working with a different language B.

It might be good to raise a warning that using Enum/Option parameters in an ExternalBusinessEvent publisher could be a potential problem.
Might also be relevant for other datatypes that I did not think of yet(?)
