Seeing error "This environment is externally managed" on install

Hey, trying to install this package for my qbt deployment,
running on the git cloned package

$ pip install requirements.txt

error: externally-managed-environment

× This environment is externally managed
╰─> To install Python packages system-wide, try apt install
    python3-xyz, where xyz is the package you are trying to
    install.

Installing as suggested doesnt find the package name

$ sudo apt install python3-qbit_manage
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
Reading state information... Done
E: Unable to locate package python3-qbit_manage

Figured it out, I setup a venv and installed this package to it
