List individual profile and provide download link

• When you go to Data & Analytic and click on Download Profile Summaries by Department, you see following screen. Clicking on Download, button, the application downloads all records that matches the criteria.

Proposed Updates:

• List all profiles that matches the criteria.
• Provide checkbox for each profile, as well as a checkbox to select all
• Download button will download all selected profiles in a zipped format as it is currently doing.
• If nothing is checked, download all.
• This bug will also affect the implementation of this feature.
