Reproduction steps

Example:

  1. Have IC2 alongside GC
  2. Go to the moon, place an ic2 machine that produces sound
  3. You can hear the machine working at full volume even without the frequency module

It also happens with Dynamic Surroundings and Energy control (Only tested those and ic2)
