Describe the bug

Playing DW20 1.21 pack. The speed upgrade recipe can use a bucket or a tank (I tried a Mek tank). When crafted with a bucket the bucket is returned, when crafted with a Mek tank containing 5000mb the tank is consumed and only one speed upgrade is returned. I did the craft in AE and on a vanilla crafting table with the same result. I do note that the tool tip only shows the Pneumatic tank and the bucket but if they are to be the only options then the recipe should not show the output when placed in the grid. It should not craft 1 item and inflict a penalty for not using the correct items.

How to reproduce the bug

1 place lapis in each corner of a crafting grid
2 place sugar in the 4 cardinal spaces
3 place a tank containing multiple lub in the centre
4 get 1 speed upgrade and loose your tank and any lub greater than 1000mb

Expected behavior

Tank returned and 1 speed upgrade for every 1000mb + crafting set

Mekanism tanks generally don't work for crafting (they don't provide item-based fluid capabilities), but I thought crafting with them had been disabled, so that looks like a bug. I'll ensure they're blacklisted from crafting in the next PNC release.
