Custom position of armor startup indicators and general options ("U" hotkey by default)

Describe the feature

We have "Move Stat Panel" and "Move Message Panel", but there is no config for Startup indicators. (that goes from 0 to 100% when you equip armor). Also it would be nice to pick the place for general options aswell.

Reasons why it should be considered

I think it is an essential feature because when guis overlap it just looks bad.

Moving the startup progress bars is not a priority change, sorry. 1) they don't use the same positioning system as the regular screen panels, and 2) they are very temporary display objects which are gone as soon as the armor is initialised. So being able to position them is not a priority.

Regarding your second issue, what version are you on? The screen background is supposed to be darkened out so it doesn't interfere with the main armor GUI, like this:
