Stringtable.sta support has a strange effect on the stats menu

So long as you have a mod with at least an achievements.xml and a stringtable.sta, it has some strange effect on the stats menu, causing the stats page to render above everything else and the "achievement origin" name to always be displaying

I've included a template mod that just copies from my personal mod's appropriate files that replicates the issue. Whether or not this has issues elsewhere in the game, I'm not sure

I was not able to reproduce the issue locally using your mod, nor with a stringtable.sta file I have locally....I even tried with the exact same build from the nightly.
