Not sure if its possible, but if so it would be nice to be able to set late replacement settings on a per block basis.
Sometimes you want to replace Air with Water, (which seems to require a very low late replacement value to function) and other times you want to replace ore, or plant life which requires a higher late replacement value.

Possible, sure, but it could complicate how that's handled. Not to mention it adds yet another array to the config. I'll see what I can do when I find a solution that makes config more convenient.
If it is not possible, would it be possible to have a rule per dimension?
For instance, I only have one dimension where I need to use a lower value replacement number, the other dimensions would actually benefit from being higher.
