Like issue #38 I'm having a similar problem with Millenaire, Chisels and Bits, Minecolonies and EnderIO

[10:19:35] [Server thread/WARN] [tickdynamic]: Failed to remove: mod.chiselsandbits.chiseledblock.TileEntityBlockChiseled@77a2b35f as it does not exist in the list.

[10:19:35] [Server thread/WARN] [tickdynamic]: Failed to remove: crazypants.enderio.base.block.painted.TileEntityPaintedBlock@a7bc77f as it does not exist in the list.

Sometimes it will single out a named entity in Minecolonies or Millenaire then spam the server log about it several times a second till the server is restarted.
