[SUGGESTION] Export unit properties as a .csv

Originally suggested by iDoodler @ SEN, add the ability to export/import all unit properties as a .csv, including unit names. This is probably for EPS/EUD applications so it would serve many people right to be able to do this so they can trigger better.
