[Feature] Submit prebuilt images to a docker image repository

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
This would make it easy to get #1052 working, and would also allow people to just pull an image without their machine compiling the images locally.

Submit the docker images prebuilt to either Docker hub or the GitHub Container Registry

Describe alternatives you've considered
The only real alternative is the current guidelines, in which we build the images locally.
