IC2 Classic has the ability of installing extra functionality to the Quantum Helmet:
imageWhen upgrading it to any of the Advanced Solar Classic versions, any extra addons are lost & it's impossible to install them again.
This is kind of disappointing because it's supposed to be an upgrade.

Edit: I also just noticed that the base functionality of the Quantum Helmet (first 3 lines of tooltip, e.g. auto-feed) are also removed with the Advanced Solar Classic upgraded versions:
