/historical pulls a rock from the DB for a previous session, and then loads it into the cache and returns it's data, meaning it can then be pulled via /rock/id.

Dates are in the format 30_3_2023 (30th of the 3rd month of the year 2023
the ID is the human readable ID that the rock was originally assigned.

Rock 0 does not get loaded into the DB (because it's always in cache)
